Dr. Michael Whiting
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, educated at Dartmouth College and the Medical College of Virginia, Dr. Whiting completed his Emergency Medicine training at Highland General Hospital in Oakland California in 1992.
Mike first came to New Mexico in 1993, and he is a physician partner with the Northern New Mexico Emergency Medical Services group. He works in the emergency department at St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe as well. His interests in administrative medicine include information services, revenue cycle management, and group practice development.
Mike is married to Debbie, a native New Mexican. Together with their daughter Elizabeth, they enjoy visiting family in Northern New Mexico as well as skiing, hiking and other outdoor activities.
