Dr. Thomas Pascuzzi

Born in Detroit, Michigan, educated at the University of Michigan and the Detroit Medical Center, Dr. Pascuzzi obtained his specialty training in Emergency Medicine through the United States Military Joint Military Medical Centers in San Antonio Texas.

Dr. Pascuzzi first arrived in New Mexico in 1990, serving as a Flight Surgeon for the 524th Tactical Fighter Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base, Clovis, New Mexico. From 1992-95 he spent 3 years in residency training at Wilford Hall USAF Hospital and Brook Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Returning to New Mexico in 1995 he served as Flight Commander for Emergency Services at Kirtland AF Base in Albuquerque, NM for two years.

After leaving the USAF, Tom practiced for 10 years in Santa Fe working at St. Vincent Regional Medical Center. In 2006 he returned to Albuquerque to work for Presbyterian Healthcare Services as Medical Director of Care Coordination and Utilization Management. He has extensive experience in Emergency Medicine and Administrative Medicine.

Over the past two years he has dreamed of bringing quality urgent and emergency medical services to your neighborhood. Today that realty is MD Urgent Care. Tom and his wife Shannon, a native New Yorker, have three young sons, Nicholas, Andrew, and Matthew. As a family, they endeavor to enjoy all of the splendors that our Land of Enchantment has to offer.
