MD Urgent Care provides contracted, in-network coverage for many insurance plans. We strive to work closely with our local insurance carriers as well as those from outside our area. Our goal is to provide the best service possible for our patients. If you don't see your specific insurance plan listed, please contact your insurance plan's member services department or your employer's human resource department and request that we be added to your network.

Pay At Time of Service Plan

MD Urgent Care realizes many people do not have insurance coverage, or have high deductible health plans that require larger patient payment responsibility for care. We offer MD Care Plan to help provide a cost effective alternative to Emergency Rooms or worse, not getting care. MD Care Plan is a discount plan for payment at time of service, and there are three levels of care.

• School Physical - $62
• Simple care - $89
  Prescription refill, simple medical illness without need for lab or xray.
• Moderate care - $129
  Illness requiring prescription management, single lab, xray or ecg.
• Complex care - $159
  Illness with multiple lab, xray or ecg, simple lacerations requiring repair, simple fractures, prescription management.
• Additional charges for dispensed medication and equipment

It is our belief that everyone should have access to quality healthcare, when you need it, where you need it, and for a price you can afford even if you do not have insurance coverage. MD Care Plan helps all of us to achieve these goals.
